Abstract submission is now open and will close on the 25th May 2021. All successful abstracts will be presented in the form of an online poster with the opportunity to upload a pre-recorded video. All poster presenters will be required to be available online during the live Q&A session assigned to their abstract.
Early career researchers* (ECRs) are encouraged to enter the ECR abstract competition. Selected ECR talks will be invited to present in the main program based on the strength of their abstract. A prize will be awarded to the best poster and the best ECR talk.
*ECRs are defined as individuals with a maximum of 5 years active post-doctoral research experience. PhD students/candidates are also encouraged to enter the ECR abstract competition.
Abstract text is limited to a maximum of 3,000 characters.
Posters can be formatted in landscape or portrait orientation.
Pre-recorded videos to complement posters must be a maximum length of 3 minutes.
Posters must be exported in .pdf format and will be available for viewing by all conference registrants.
Presenters will be informed of the submission outcome with instructions on how to upload their posters/talks.
